New Recipe Week


I feel like I tend to get in a rut when it comes to meals, so every once in awhile I love to break out new recipes and have a little fun experimenting! This week is one of those weeks!

I spent the day meal prepping and fiddling around with some new recipes – like this Lemon Garlic Aioli!

Lemon Garlic Aioli

Prep Time 5 minutes
Refrigerate 30 minutes


  • 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise (I use Dukes!)
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp Lime juice (Optional, but I love the extra kick!)
  • 3/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.  Refrigerate (covered) promptly.  Use on burgers, chicken... so many uses! Makes an excellent dipping sauce too!
