I feel like I tend to get in a rut when it comes to meals, so every once in awhile I love to break out new recipes and have a little fun experimenting! This week is one of those weeks!
I spent the day meal prepping and fiddling around with some new recipes – like this Lemon Garlic Aioli!

Lemon Garlic Aioli
- 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise (I use Dukes!)
- 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Tsp Lime juice (Optional, but I love the extra kick!)
- 3/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate (covered) promptly. Use on burgers, chicken... so many uses! Makes an excellent dipping sauce too!
