Fat Bombs

I get asked about fat bombs a lot. Do I use them? Do I have a favorite recipe? Do you really need them? What are they really for??

One of the biggest items that most people struggle with on Keto – especially beginners- is meeting your fat macros.

Enter fat bombs!

Fat bombs are little pieces of heaven 😍 It’s my little source of extra fuel! I don’t use them all the time – but when I do… pure happiness!

It’s also perfect to curb your inevitable sweet tooth!

I love experimenting with different fat bomb recipes and a good friend of mine recently shared a strawberry one with me. Β I started with that as a base and then expanded on it!

Below is my creation and all I can say is YUM.

These are definitely the BOMB. (Yeah, I went there…lol)


Mixed Berry Fat Bombs

The perfect fat bomb to curb for sweet tooth and meet those macros!


  • 5 Oz Cream cheese Softened/room temp
  • 2 Oz Butter Softened/room temp
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen mixed berries Defrosted/room temp
  • 2 Tbsp Swerve Granulated
  • 1 Tbsp Pure vanilla extract


  1. Cut up butter and cream cheese into a bowl and let sit 30 minutes to 1 hour until room temperature.

     In a separate bowl,  mash mixed berries. Let sit until room temperature.  Add swerve and vanilla extract.  

    Add berry mixture to butter mixture and using a hand mixer- mix until well blended. 

    Spoon into mini dessert cups and freeze.

    Take out as needed for a sweet treat!
