Everybody could use a little bit of chocolate and this Keto Chocolate Mug Cake is perfect!
I use an amazing mug cake recipe which can be found here. It’s the perfect base for a great dessert!
I added a couple of crushed Lilly’s Chocolate pieces in the mix for a little added chocolate boost and I love to add a tablespoon of Collagen powder as well! I use this brand and LOVE it! And it’s unflavored so it’s a perfect addition to many foods and drinks – giving you that added benefit without that added taste!
Be sure to follow the directions and mix WELL. That is key!
And go for the homemade whipped cream… it’s super easy and tastes so good!

Remember that fathead dough recipe I mentioned recently? It’s so versatile and PERFECT for stromboli and calzone!
Roll the dough a little thicker than normal and be sure to prick all over with a fork – then fill with your favorite fillings! Using the parchment paper, carefully fold over and crimp the edges!
I like to use a little melted butter on top to crisp it up!
Bake in the oven at 425 for about 20 minutes or until your desired level of crispness.
