New Recipe Week continues with Black Pepper Pork Chops!
I was in the mood for some sweet & spicy food tonight and came up with these!
I made a rub of ground black pepper and brown sugar substitute (I use this!), drizzled some boneless pork chops with olive oil and then rubbed them with this great combination!
Let them sit for about 20-30 minutes and then popped them in the air fryer. 400° for 15 minutes. So moist and delicious!
Black Pepper Rub
Perfect for a Sweet & Spicy kick on pork chops, steak and chicken!
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Ground black Pepper
- 1/8 Cup Brown sugar substitute
Mix well and rub on chops, chicken or steak. Let sit 20-30 minutes before cooking!
